چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی گروه‌درمانی پویشی فشرده و کوتاه‌مدت بر خودمهارگری و مؤلفه‌های آن در افراد دارای نشانگان افسردگی مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره انجام شد. روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش کاربردی با طرح نیمه‌آزمایشی پیش‌آزمون–پس‌آزمون و گروه کنترل انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی افراد دارای نشانگان افسردگی مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر قم در سال 1404 بود. از میان افراد واجد شرایط، 20 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در گروه آزمایش و کنترل، هر یک شامل 10 نفر، جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش طی 9 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای و با تواتر دو جلسه در هفته، گروه‌درمانی پویشی فشرده و کوتاه‌مدت مبتنی بر الگوی دوانلو را دریافت کرد؛ درحالی‌که گروه کنترل مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه خودمهارگری تانجی و همکاران گردآوری و با تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری و تک‌متغیری در نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 27 تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری نشان داد که میان دو گروه در ترکیب خطی مؤلفه‌های خودمهارگری تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت (Wilks’ Lambda=0.165, F=7.157, p=0.005). نتایج تحلیل‌های تک‌متغیری نشان داد مداخله موجب افزایش معنادار ظرفیت کلی برای خودنظم‌دهی (F=14.449, p=0.001, η²=0.449)، عادات سالم (F=7.774, p=0.014, η²=0.312) و اخلاق کاری (F=11.438, p=0.003, η²=0.391) شد. بااین‌حال، اثر مداخله بر کنش‌های عمدی/تکانشی (F=0.100, p=0.756) و قابلیت اعتماد (F=2.057, p=0.172) معنادار نبود. نتیجه‌گیری: گروه‌درمانی پویشی فشرده و کوتاه‌مدت می‌تواند با تقویت خودنظم‌دهی، شکل‌گیری عادات سالم و بهبود اخلاق کاری، برخی ابعاد خودمهارگری افراد دارای نشانگان افسردگی را ارتقا دهد؛ بنابراین، استفاده از آن به‌عنوان مداخله‌ای مکمل در مراکز مشاوره پیشنهاد می‌شود.
